Greetings,

I am Joe, the proud founder of J Jauregui Management. My journey has been one of unexpected twists and profound transformation, each step guiding me towards the path I tread today. Before delving into the realm of business consultancy, my life took diverse turns, culminating in a fusion of experiences and passions that fuel my dedication.

My career, which initially thrived as a devoted paramedic in the dynamic heart of Downtown Los Angeles, evolved in response to an unforeseen tragedy. The loss of my beloved little sister, Samantha, who took her own life at a tender age of 15.  This catastrophic event, reshaped my perspective and purpose. The emotional toll was profound, leading me to step away from my role as a paramedic to grapple with the weight of this heart-wrenching loss.

In the wake of this adversity, my mother and I founded SRD Straightening Reins.

This nonprofit organization, whose name begins with Samantha’s initials, stands as a testament to our commitment to social and emotional health as well as mental health advocacy. Through equine therapy and the powerful connection between humans and our 4 legged animals we strive to prevent other families from enduring the pain we experienced and to promote well-being within our communities youth and young adults. 

Yet, my journey didn’t stop there. Bolstered by an unquenchable thirst for innovation and an unyielding passion for finding efficient solutions, I was ready for a new challenge. I founded a Money Services Business, a venture that proved to be a significant milestone. With meticulous automation, this endeavor not only generated passive income for me but also instilled in me a deeper appreciation for the intricacies of the financial world.

As the Money Services Business became a well-oiled machine, my insatiable drive led me to my next endeavor - a Business Management and Consulting company that focused on MSB’s and Financial Technology Companies and Start-Ups.  This is how J Jauregui Management was born. Drawing from my multifaceted experiences and the relationships forged during the creation, scaling, and automation of an FinTech and MSB, I established J Jauregui Management as a testament to my commitment to innovation and excellence.

With all of my knowledge, and an arsenal of experiences, plus a network of invaluable relationships, I laid the foundation for J Jauregui Management. At its core, J Jauregui Management offers expert management consulting services. Collaborating closely with our clients, we harness the power of strategic insights to identify opportunities, surmount challenges, and pave the way for transformative solutions.
